Ragdoll Companion Pet
Our first priority is the safety and well-being of each kitten. Any travel arrangement must be safe, legal, and as low stress as possible. We will never agree to transport a kitten in a way that puts their health at risk just to make things more convenient.
All kittens are placed as indoor companions.
Kittens are not released until they are old enough and strong enough to handle the stress of travel.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping or delay pickup if we feel it is not in the kitten’s best interest.
If you cannot meet these terms, please do not place a reservation.
Our preferred option is in-person pickup.
Buyers come to the agreed pickup location on the scheduled day.
You will review and sign the sales contract and health guarantee.
You receive the kitten’s vet record, starter food, and any other agreed items.
Please bring:
A secure cat carrier
A towel or small blanket
Photo ID matching the name on the contract
If someone else is picking up on your behalf, this must be arranged with us in writing in advance.
In some cases we may be able to help arrange ground delivery with a trusted pet courier or meet partway by car.
Ground transport is only offered if weather and distance allow a safe, reasonable trip.
All transport fees are paid by the buyer before the kitten leaves our care.
The kitten must travel in a secure carrier at all times.
We will discuss available options and costs with you before you commit.
We do not ship kittens as unattended cargo. If air travel is used, it must be:
In the cabin with the buyer, or
With an approved, experienced flight nanny.
Conditions:
Airline rules must allow kittens of that age and size in cabin.
All flights should be as direct as possible, with minimal layovers.
All airline and nanny fees are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid in advance.
We still reserve the right to say no if the plan looks unreasonable for the kitten.
We will only release a kitten when:
It has reached our minimum go-home age.
It has received age appropriate vaccines and deworming.
It has passed a recent veterinary check.
You will receive:
A copy of the kitten’s health record
Any required health certificate for travel (if applicable)
Kittens will not be shipped or picked up if they show signs of illness. In that case we will delay the trip and discuss a new date with you.
Extreme weather is a real risk for small kittens.
We may postpone travel if:
Temperatures are too hot or too cold at departure or arrival, or
There are storms, travel advisories, or airline restrictions in place.
If a trip is delayed for safety reasons, we will keep caring for the kitten and arrange a new date. Safety comes before convenience, every time.
The purchase price of the kitten must be paid in full before the kitten leaves our care.
Any additional transport, flight nanny, or meeting fees must also be paid in advance.
Reservation fees and transport fees are generally non-refundable once travel has been booked, except where required by law or where we cancel for reasons under our control.
Exact payment methods and due dates are listed in your sales contract.
Once the kitten is in your care:
You are responsible for keeping the kitten safe, warm, and secure in a carrier.
You are responsible for any travel insurance you wish to purchase.
You agree to take the kitten directly to your home or pre-arranged vet visit, not on errands or long detours.
Any injury or illness that occurs after pickup or hand-off is under the buyer’s responsibility, except where otherwise stated in the health guarantee.
To avoid complications with quarantine and import rules:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We do not ship to locations where local laws or airline rules make safe transport impossible or unclear.
If you are outside our normal service area but willing to travel to us, you are welcome to inquire.
We may update this policy over time to reflect new laws, airline rules, or better safety practices for our kittens. The version that applies to you is the one attached to your signed sales contract.
If you have any questions about pickup, delivery options, or what is realistic for your location, contact us before placing a reservation. It is much easier to get it right at the start than to fix a bad plan later.
